Everyday Energy Cleansing

All healings and cleansings are performed remotely. The results will be that your surroundings will become energetically aligned and your energy cleansed and optimized for you. Although you will not receive any direct communication from Judy regarding what she did or what she found, she will give periodic updates when she receives relevant information that she feels will be helpful to the group. Judy’s “genius” for healing comes partly from years of traditional and non-traditional training in health-related areas and is partly that with which she was born ~ her “gift” from God. She even includes animals/pets amongst her clients. Along with numerous academic degrees, she has studied and taught many disciplines including: Clinical Hypnosis (Diplomate), Neuro-linguistic Programming (Trainer of Trainers), Oriental Medicine, Crystal Healing, Reiki Master, Dowsing, Feng Shui (healing environments) & is certified in Laser Technology (635nm cohesive light regenerates/resets cranial nerves, healings of carpal tunnel & migraines, and much more!) Known as “healer to the healers,” this “medicine woman” incorporates these disciplines in her international practice and teachings.

I do on behalf of myself, my assigns, executors, guardians and all other legal representatives, hereby release, discharge, waive and forever relinquish Divinely Guided, LLC/Judy Lavine, their agents, employees, officers, directors, employers and any other person associated with the aforementioned persons and entities, from any and all known or unknown claims resulting from, arising out of or in any way connected with my voluntary participation in the Everyday Energy Cleansing with Divinely Guided, LLC/Judy Lavine and further agree that under no circumstance(s) will I, or any other person associated with me as a result of my participation/subscription in the Everyday Energy Cleansing, attempt to present any claims against, prosecute, sue, seek to attach any lien for any purpose including satisfaction of a judgment or other judicial decree, to the property of Divinely Guided, LLC/Judy Lavine and their heirs and I hereby waive all claims, demands, compensation and all actions that I or anyone associated with me or any other participant in the Everyday Energy Cleansing currently or hereafter may have for any injuries or perceived injuries or perceived or real losses I may suffer or believe to suffer because of or during my participation or involvement in the Everyday Energy Cleansing resulting from any actions, statements, answers to questions or omissions made by Divinely Guided, LLC/Judy Lavine or any person associated with Divinely Guided, LLC/Judy Lavine;
8. I understand and agree that in the event I bring any claim for damages against Divinely Guided, LLC/Judy Lavine or any person associated with Divinely Guided, LLC/Judy Lavine as a result of my actions, omissions, or other act, that I and/or my estate shall indemnify and hold harmless Divinely Guided, LLC/Judy Lavine and all persons associated with Divinely Guided, LLC/Judy Lavine from any and all claims, actions or damages, legal and otherwise made by me or anyone associated with me including the cost and expense, including reasonable attorney fees, associated with defending such actions or claims.
